If all you have ever had when ordering a Whiskey Sour is whisky and sour mix than you are in for a treat. This is the proper way to make a Whiskey Sour. Take the time to do it right and you will thank me for it.
- 2 oz Whiskey
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Heavy Symple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
Put the egg white from 1 egg into a shaker. Add one large ice cube. Shake vigorously. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake again. Double strain into a coctail glass. Garnish with a single maraschino cherry.
